Nifty Mail | ||

Write letter-like emails with the new iPhone application Nifty Mail. Choose your stationery, add one or more photos to them and send your mails by using your own email/SMTP provider.
This version of Nifty Mails offers you therefore 16 differently designed and already installed mail templates.
Many users of Apple computers already know mail stationery, because the Mail App already includes these kind of templates. iPhone users had to forbear from sending rich content emails so far. |

After you choose a stationery, simply place your photo into the image area.
Nifty Mail offers you therefore the usage of the camera or access to your iPhone photo albums. Select your picture, move and scale it a little bit and the photo is already inserted into your mail. Some templates do even automatically convert the image to black and white. |

| As a matter of course Nifty Mail allows you to use the iPhone in landscape mode. Turn your phone by 90°, in case you like to use the wide keyboard layout. |

|
No network available or currently on holidays? Nifty Mail saves your drafted and also your send mails. This enables you to send these mails later (e.g. from you hotel room or whenever you are connected). By the way the created mails are very small. The amount of data is even with the photo, the background images and the stationery mostly ranged between 100 and 200 KB. |

Nifty Mail assists you before sending your mail by preselecting addresses from your iPhone contacts or by using its own information from the saved mails.
Before you send the mail you get also a "What you see is what you get" view for your final check. |

To use Nifty Mail you need to setup your personal SMTP account in the common iPhone settings -> Nifty Mail zone once.
Additionally you can enable or disable the automatic link generation to Google Maps with your current iPhone GPS coordinates, or you can turn the well known email system sound on or off. |

Nifty Mail was extensively tested even with many email/SMTP providers like Gmail (Google Mail), 1und1 or GMX and mail client applications like Apple Mail, Microsoft Outlook and Mozilla Thunderbird.
In the case that it does not work properly for you, please inform us about that. We take care about it and if necessary we might produce a new software version, which will be of course free for updaters. |
